Gargždai Hosts Zeppelin Championship, Aims for National Record

Gargždai became the culinary capital of Lithuania this past weekend, hosting the 9th annual zeppelin cooking championship. This year's event held a special significance as it aimed to set a new official record for the most zeppelins cooked simultaneously in a single location, drawing participants and spectators from all corners of the country.

The championship is a vibrant celebration of Lithuanian culinary heritage, centered around the beloved national dish, cepelinai (potato dumplings). The air was filled with the aroma of traditional cooking as teams competed to create the perfect zeppelins, judged by a competent commission tasked with selecting the ultimate champion.
