Gazprom Kyrgyzstan Reminds Subscribers of Gas Reading Deadlines

Gazprom Kyrgyzstan has issued a reminder to its subscribers about the mandatory monthly submission of natural gas meter readings. The company emphasized that this obligation is stipulated in the rules for supplying and using natural gas.

Many consumers, particularly those living in apartment buildings whose meters lack remote data transmission capabilities, are reportedly not submitting their readings. Some forget, while others do not submit data if they are temporarily not using gas. Gazprom Kyrgyzstan stressed that readings must be submitted between the 15th and 30th of each month, regardless of whether they have changed.

If a subscriber is not using gas and does not plan to resume usage, they must notify the company by submitting an application through their personal account on the website or mobile app. Failure to submit readings will result in charges based on average monthly consumption. If meter data is not provided for over three months, the company reserves the right to calculate consumption based on approved standards, which may necessitate a recalculation later.

Subscribers can submit their gas meter readings through several channels: the personal account on gazprom.kg, the "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" mobile app, the contact center at 4444, WhatsApp at 0701 68 07 07, or the Telegram bot @gazpromkg_bot.
