Getafe signs four on permanent deals after successful loan spells

Spanish football club Getafe CF has officially welcomed four new signings who were previously on loan: Uruguayan forwards Martín Satriano and Sebastián Boselli, Argentine defender Zaid Romero, and Spanish midfielder Mario Martín.

The players, who all featured for Getafe under manager José Bordalás last season, have now been permanently contracted for the upcoming campaign. Satriano, Boselli, and Romero were initially on loan from clubs like Club Brugge, River Plate, and Olympique de Lyon, respectively. Mario Martín joined from Real Madrid's youth academy.

While acknowledging the departures of key players like Luis Milla (now at Como) and Mauro Arambarri (signed by River Plate), Satriano expressed confidence in the team's ability to achieve success. Boselli, a defender, set an ambitious goal of reaching the Conference League final, expressing his desire to play in European competition. Midfielder Mario Martín feels prepared to step into the roles previously held by Milla and Arambarri, stating his eagerness to take on the responsibility. Romero, also a defender, noted the strong sense of unity at Getafe between fans, players, and staff, comparing it favorably to his experience at Argentinian club Estudiantes de La Plata.
