Ghana's National Service Authority offers final chance to fix biodata errors

The National Service Authority (NSA) in Ghana has announced a final opportunity for prospective National Service Personnel facing biodata mismatch issues to rectify their records before the August 26, 2026 deadline.

In a press release dated August 24, the NSA urged all students struggling with biodata discrepancies to report to its headquarters for assistance. The authority is working with the National Identification Authority (NIA), Ghana Publishing Company, and Commissioners for Oaths to streamline the correction process within the remaining timeframe.

Students needing affidavits will receive help in preparing and swearing the documents. Those requiring Gazette publication will be guided by the Ghana Publishing Company. Individuals who have already obtained these documents but whose records remain uncorrected are also directed to report to the NSA headquarters with original and supporting documents.

The NSA emphasized that this initiative provides a crucial final chance for affected students to regularize their records and complete their National Service registration. Applicants are encouraged to bring their original Ghana Cards and any relevant affidavits or Gazette documents to expedite the process.
