Borussia Mönchengladbach staged a comeback to defeat Bundesliga rival TSG Hoffenheim 4-1 in a demanding 120-minute preparation match held in Schwaz, Austria. The victory showcased the team's resilience and attacking prowess ahead of the new season.

Hoffenheim took the lead in the 36th minute through loan returnee Bambasé Conté. However, Gladbach responded strongly after the break. Robin Hack equalized in the 76th minute, igniting their comeback.

The decisive blows came from new signing Isac Lidberg, who scored twice in the final stages of the match (86th and 110th minutes), and Florian Neuhaus, who added a fourth goal in the 118th minute. This performance highlights Lidberg's immediate impact since joining the club.
