Taiwanese Golden Melody Award winner Shin Wun-bin is gearing up for his 35th-anniversary celebration, announcing plans for a major solo concert tour that could span both the Taipei and Kaohsiung domes. The singer, who has also dedicated time to the gaming industry in recent years, revealed that his new album is nearing completion and he aims to launch the concert in either the summer or end of next year.

Shin Wun-bin's decision to pursue a large-scale concert was spurred by a friend's encouragement. "Brother Bin, why don't you hold a concert?" a business friend asked, prompting Shin to take on the challenge. With strong support and financial backing from this friend, Shin feels more confident in allocating a significant budget, estimated at NT$20 million, to create a top-tier stage experience.

Beyond the concert preparations, Shin is also focusing on his physical health. At over 60 years old, he acknowledges that stamina is his biggest challenge, particularly lung capacity. He has been consistently using a treadmill since March to improve his fitness. Having quit smoking, he has noticed a significant improvement in his singing, and he sees the upcoming concert as a form of preparation. "No matter my age, I will at least complete this concert and leave behind the best memories," he stated firmly.

Shin Wun-bin also intends to make his 35th-anniversary concert more than just a review of his past love songs. He is currently most focused on the arrangement and overall design, hoping to introduce elements rarely seen on stage. He plans to revisit and reorganize different narrative styles from his past works, including social commentary and first- and third-person perspectives. The singer has not set a strict budget ceiling, admitting that a single concert could cost over NT$10 million if produced to his ideal specifications. His current vision includes holding one show in Taipei and another in Kaohsiung. He believes the cost for the second show could be reduced as some production elements can be reused, jokingly suggesting, "The second show can be discounted, costing over NT$10 million for both." Despite not wanting to spend excessively, he desires a grand scale for the venue, visuals, and production, emphasizing the personal significance of this 35th-anniversary milestone.
