Gran Hermano elimination gala draws 11.3 rating

Gran Hermano is entering its final days, with the competition increasingly focused on Sol Abraham and Gisela “Yipio” Pintos. Their confrontation at Sunday’s dinner for nominees heightened expectations over who would leave next.

The first departure of the night was Mariela Prieto, the wife of former footballer Turco García. She received just 0.6% of the vote. The remaining contestants were Charlotte Cannigia, Luana Fernández, Yanina Zilli, Sol and Yipio.

Santiago del Moro announced the next results at random. Yipio was the first contestant removed from the danger zone, followed by Luana and Sol. That left Charlotte and Zilli in the first head-to-head vote for both participants. After 197 days in the house, Charlotte left with 2.1% of the public vote and finished in fifth place.

The episode reached the night’s highest television rating, 11.3 points. Popstars started at 8.1 points and led its time slot with a peak of 10.3, while Es mi sueño reached 7.9. LAM recorded 4.4 points and Bendita 3.4.
