Grange House, Live Nation's new entertainment venue, will open at Orchard Road by mid-2027

Singapore’s Orchard Road is set to gain a new 3,000-capacity live entertainment venue by mid-2027. Live Nation plans to open Grange House near 313@Somerset, with a walkway linking the two venues.

First announced in 2024, Grange House will be Live Nation’s first live music venue in Southeast Asia. The company says it will bridge the gap between Singapore’s smaller venues and its large arenas and stadiums, and will be available to all promoters and event organizers.

The venue will include indoor and outdoor areas, a landscaped terrace, and an all-day cafe-restaurant. Those spaces will also accommodate community talks, podcasts and public events. Live Nation Singapore managing director Edward Liu said the company sees continued potential in Singapore’s live entertainment market and described Grange House as the next stage of its local investment.
