Greece: Panhellenic Exam Scores Due End of June; University Admission Cutoffs Later

The anticipation is mounting for thousands of Greek high school students as the Panhellenic Examinations, a crucial step toward higher education, near their conclusion. Initial estimates suggest that the results for the nationwide exams will be released by the end of June, aligning with the timeline set by the Ministry of Education in previous years.

Students will be able to access their scores through two primary channels. Firstly, results will be displayed on public boards in all General and Vocational High Schools across the country, listing each candidate's code and their respective subject scores. Secondly, an online portal on the Ministry of Education's website will provide digital access to the results. Candidates will need to enter their eight-digit code and the first four letters of their surname, first name, father's name, and mother's name in capital Greek letters.

For those who opted in, results will also be sent via SMS to their registered mobile phones. The schedule indicates that exams for special subjects are set to take place between June 16 and June 25. Following the completion of these exams, students will proceed to the next stage: submitting their university application forms, which is expected to begin in early July. The final announcement of the university admission cut-off scores will mark the culmination of the Panhellenic Examinations process later in the summer.
