Gurugram Thar accident: Victim's family alleges driver returned body to scene after hospital declaration

A domestic worker died after being run over by a Mahindra Thar in the parking area of a Gurugram housing society. The victim, Guddi Devi, was reportedly resting in the basement parking when the SUV struck her as the driver attempted to park.

The driver, who lives in the same building, had just returned from work when the accident occurred. According to a senior police officer, the woman panicked and alerted neighbors for help. She then transported Guddi Devi to a private hospital in Sector 68, where doctors pronounced her dead.

Authorities have seized the vehicle and are reviewing CCTV footage to establish the sequence of events and verify the family's allegations.
