Hana Bank to Launch One-Stop Remote Guaranteed Loan Service

Hana Bank plans to let individual business owners apply for guaranteed loans without visiting a branch. The bank said it will introduce the one-stop remote service through the Guarantee Dream app this month.

Under an agreement signed with the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Federation, applicants will be able to request both a guarantee and a loan through the app. Required documents will move automatically to Hana Bank through the public MyData system, and users will be able to complete loan agreements and receive funds through the app linked to the bank’s system.

Hana Bank also plans to support guarantee fees for individual business owners who apply through the service, describing the measure as inclusive finance aimed at reducing costs for small business operators.
