Hanoi Celebrates 24th 'Young Trạng Nguyên' Event Honoring Top Young Scholars

Hanoi recently celebrated its 24th annual 'Young Trạng Nguyên' (Top Scholar) event, a cherished tradition that brings together bright young minds from across the country.
