Satellite and radar imagery indicates that storm clouds are developing rapidly over the southeastern region and Lâm Đồng. These systems are expected to bring showers and thunderstorms, with some areas potentially experiencing intense rainfall. Specific locations mentioned include Gò Công Đông, Tân Hòa, Cai Lậy, and Mỹ Thành in Đồng Tháp province, as well as areas in Tây Ninh and various districts within TP.HCM, Đồng Nai, and Lâm Đồng.

The forecast suggests these storm clouds may continue to develop, bringing further rain, lightning, and strong winds.
