Hipaw Brings Pet Families' Needs Together on a Digital Platform

Hipaw wants to make life with pets easier by gathering services on one digital platform. In Turkey, pet families often need to turn to different platforms or individuals for walking, care, health, training and boarding, which can make it harder to find reliable providers.

The platform will begin with walking and grooming services. It aims to build a broader network over time, while connecting providers and users through a system centered on trust. Hipaw says its goal extends beyond meeting a single need: pet families should feel secure from the search for a service through the period after it is provided.

The Care+ Assurance Program forms a central part of that approach. Co-founder Mustafa Gök said the idea grew from daily life with his pets, Dino and Milo, especially the challenge of finding someone trustworthy to care for them.

"I realized that it was not easy at all to access services I could trust for Dino and Milo. As I spoke with other pet families around me, I saw that this experience was not unique to me. When we founded Hipaw, our goal was to make the experience we wanted for our own pets possible for everyone," Gök said.

Hipaw will launch in Istanbul and Ankara on Sept. 30. It plans to gradually expand into more cities and service categories, with the longer-term aim of creating an accessible, trust-based digital ecosystem for pet services.
