Hit Casinos Nationwide Closed After Cyber Attack; Hotels Operate with Limited Services

The Slovenian casino and hospitality group Hit has shut down all its gaming establishments across the country following a significant cyber security incident. While the casinos are temporarily closed, the company's hotels are continuing to operate, albeit with restricted services.

Hit confirmed that its expert teams detected the cyber security breach during the night between Monday and Tuesday. Immediate action was taken to address the situation, and relevant state institutions, stakeholders, and employees were promptly notified. The company is now focused on restoring seamless operations as quickly as possible.

Casinos affected by the closure include Perla and Park in Nova Gorica, Casino Drive-in in Šempeter pri Novi Gorici, Mond in Šentilj, Korona in Kranjska Gora, and Casino Fontana in Rogaška Slatina. However, Hit's subsidiaries, including the Kranjska Gora gaming rooms Casino Larix and Hit Alpinea, remain operational.
