Hoffenheim loses final test match at Tottenham

Bundesliga club 1899 Hoffenheim suffered a clear defeat in their final preparation match before the season start, losing 3-0 to English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.

Richarlison opened the scoring in the 35th minute, and Mikey Moore added a brace in the second half with goals in the 59th and 79th minutes. Hoffenheim began the match in London with commitment and had opportunities through Adam Hlozek, but Oliver Baumann's saves were not enough to prevent Richarlison's opener. Adam Daghim narrowly missed an equalizer before halftime.

Coach Christian Ilzer made significant substitutions at the break, changing almost the entire team. Both sides continued to play offensively, creating chances. However, only Tottenham capitalized through Moore. While the result was not entirely undeserved, the scoreline was considered slightly too high by the reporting publication.

Hoffenheim is scheduled for another test match against Spurs on Sunday at 13:00, which will be held without public attendance.
