Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra stressed that honoring individuals who have contributed to Vietnam must be demonstrated through tangible policies and concrete actions, moving beyond mere sentiment. Speaking at a special art program in Quang Ninh province, she underscored that for 79 years, caring for those who served the nation has been a consistent policy of the Party and State, rooted in Vietnamese tradition. Tra praised Quang Ninh's efforts in this regard, noting the province's comprehensive support for over 48,000 individuals with meritorious services and martyrs' relatives. The province implements central government benefits and unique local policies, offering high levels of material and spiritual support.

Tra specifically commended Quang Ninh's initiative to identify unidentified martyrs' remains through DNA testing. Completing this task within 50 days, she stated, is not just fulfilling a duty but an act of gratitude and responsibility from the current generation towards those who sacrificed their lives for the country's independence and freedom. The Deputy Prime Minister also reflected on the historical mission of each generation, contrasting the past struggle for independence with the present generation's responsibility to preserve those gains and foster rapid, sustainable national development.

The art program's title, "Forever Twenty," serves as a poignant reminder of those who died young, while also urging the current generation to uphold ideals, commitment, and national responsibility. The program itself, divided into three parts, highlighted key figures and events from Quang Ninh's history, including the mining industry's workforce, the "Than" corps, and the Ho Chi Minh Trail at sea, emphasizing the province's contributions to national liberation and defense.
