Hsinchu City's "Wind City Moves, City 3 Shines" 3x3 basketball tournament concluded with a weekend of passionate competition, drawing 185 teams and 721 players to the city. The event, co-organized by the Hsinchu City Government and the Chinese Taipei 3x3 Basketball Association, celebrated the dynamic spirit of 3x3 basketball.

Mayor Kao Hung-an highlighted the fierce competition across eight divisions, with champions emerging from intense preliminary and final rounds. She praised the participants for their exceptional skills and fighting spirit, which delivered thrilling and high-level basketball matchups for the city.
