Hsinchu County Podcast Season 2 Launches

Hsinchu County has officially launched the second season of its podcast, "Follow the Wind to Hsinchu County." The new season promises a diverse range of topics, with seven episodes scheduled for release every two weeks. The podcast is available on multiple platforms, including the Hsinchu County Government's YouTube channel.

During the launch event, Deputy County Magistrate Chen Chien-hsien announced the premiere, joined by host Eddie and celebrity Banana (Wang Chun-chieh). They highlighted the season's focus on issues most relevant to the public. Topics include 3C technology education, anti-fraud strategies, disaster preparedness knowledge, tourism, cultural insights, health and hygiene, and indigenous arts. The podcast features dialogues with experts and local representatives to make complex policy information more relatable.

"We hope 'Follow the Wind to Hsinchu County' allows everyone to easily understand county affairs while commuting, exercising, or relaxing," said Chen Chien-hsien. "It's an opportunity to discover Hsinchu County from new perspectives, learn about the latest anti-fraud tactics, and engage with prominent public issues."

Future episodes will delve into specific events and themes. For instance, an upcoming episode on August 4th will discuss the annual Yimin Festival with comedian Huang Hao-ping and musician Liu A-chang. Another episode on August 18th will feature a crime psychology expert and a local detective discussing drug myths and addiction. The podcast aims to keep listeners informed and engaged throughout the summer.
