Hsu Fu-kai Unveils Adorable 'Mr. Henry' Alter Ego and Merchandise for Upcoming Concert

Golden Melody Award winner Hsu Fu-kai is gearing up for his highly anticipated concert, "Yi Wu Yi Shi Taipei Arena Concert," scheduled for August 8th at the Taipei Arena. This marks his return to the venue after a five-year hiatus.

Beyond the concert preparations, Hsu is fulfilling a personal dream by releasing his own line of merchandise. He personally participated in the design process, incorporating his two beloved cats, "Hsu Fu-mei" and "Hsu Fu-hai," into T-shirt graphics. He expressed great satisfaction with the results, calling them "very cute."

The merchandise collection, developed in collaboration with a brand and designed by award-winning director Tomas Lin, will feature items creatively named after Hsu's songs and personal traits. These include fisherman and baseball caps, T-shirts, keychains, canvas bags, and a special "Mr. Henry" collectible figure inspired by his latest album, "Wang Zi Wu" (which translates to 'Toy Object' or 'Doll').

Hsu, a known collector of blind box figures, proposed the idea for the "Mr. Henry" character, which has already generated significant buzz among fans and friends eager to purchase the items. He even brought the figure along during a recent performance in Hualien, creating fun photos. With the concert just a month away, Hsu is deep into rehearsals and costume fittings, ensuring all preparations are on track.
