Hu Gua Unboxes Yilan's Hundred-Million-Dollar Mansion! 'Repainting Costs 20 Million' Luxury Interior Revealed

Taiwanese celebrity Hu Gua explored the opulent "Arabian Palace" mansion in Yilan, a mysterious landmark by the sea. The sprawling estate, owned by Chairman Lin Zhaowen, is a testament to his promise to his wife to buy the land where they used to date.

The mansion spans 3,600 ping (approximately 11,880 square meters) and incurs monthly maintenance costs of NT$200,000 to NT$300,000. The unique paint alone costs about NT$20 million for a single application.

Inside, the mansion resembles a museum, filled with world-class collections including a giant jade Maitreya Buddha, emerald beads, stalactites, and crystal chandeliers. The decor features abundant Middle Eastern-style carpets and gold leaf accents. Hu Gua was particularly struck by a massive natural burl wood art piece named "Gua Die Mian Mian," even playfully asking viewers if he should take it.

The private living quarters, revealed for the first time on Hu Gua's show "Next," include a French-style master bedroom with a gold-leaf-covered royal bed and a transparent glass bed designed like a skywalk. Hu Gua marveled at the sheer luxury, noting even the tissue box was more high-end than his own.
