Huawei unveils next-generation flagships, from smartwatches to tablets and earbuds

Huawei used its European product launch in Munich to put smartwatches at the center of its latest device lineup. The company introduced the Watch GT 7 series with updated designs, outdoor sports tools, health tracking and longer battery performance.

The Watch GT 7 will come in 46 mm and 41 mm sizes and eight colors. The Watch GT 7 Pro will be available in three colors, with a nanotechnology ceramic bezel and titanium-alloy case. The lineup also includes the new EasyCross strap.

Huawei is targeting active users with wrist-based turn detection and G-force detection, a new mode for indoor winter sports and ski maps covering more than 3,000 resorts worldwide. Cyclists receive route planning for uphill sections, gradient alerts and warnings about sharp turns. The updated Health Insights feature adds a Physical Readiness assessment and intelligent analysis of health data.

The company also presented the Watch D3, a blood-pressure monitoring smartwatch that has received European CE-MDR medical-device certification. It can measure blood pressure before and after exercise, provide reminders for regular monitoring and support ambulatory blood-pressure monitoring with an inflatable cuff.

After a one-year break, Huawei is bringing back the Watch 6 series. The company also unveiled a 12-inch MatePad Pro tablet, measuring 4.7 millimeters thick and weighing 454 grams, with a flexible OLED PaperMatte display and artificial-intelligence features for handwriting improvement and in-air stylus gestures. The FreeBuds Neo earbuds add a redesigned form and spatial-audio features.

IDC data cited by Huawei placed the company first globally by shipments of wrist-worn devices in the first half of 2026, with a market share above 20 percent. In Lithuania, the GT 7 will cost 299 euros, the GT 7 Pro 429 euros, the Watch D3 449 euros and the FreeBuds Neo 129 euros. Those products go on sale September 2, while Watch 6 sales begin October 5.
