Hugo Dellien and Juan Carlos Prado climb ATP rankings, nearing Top 100

Bolivian tennis players Hugo Dellien and Juan Carlos Prado have improved their world rankings following strong performances at the San Marino Challenger tournament. Hugo Dellien, the nation's top-ranked player, ascended two positions to reach world No. 141 with 426 points. The 33-year-old from Trinidad continues his pursuit of re-entering the ATP's Top 100, a goal he aims to achieve after reaching his career-best ranking of 64 in 2022.

Juan Carlos Prado made the most significant leap among the Bolivian contingent. The 21-year-old from Santa Cruz climbed six spots to secure the No. 151 ranking, accumulating 375 points. This achievement marks a new career-high for Prado, underscoring his development on the professional circuit and solidifying his status as a promising talent in Bolivian tennis.

Both Dellien and Prado's performances in San Marino have provided them with valuable ranking points, fueling their aspirations for further advancement in the latter half of the season. In contrast, Murkel Dellien saw a notable decline in his ranking, now sitting at world No. 328. He will aim to regain ground in upcoming tournaments, having previously reached a career-high of No. 168.
