Husband of Influencer Marissa Dania Confirms Separate Living Arrangements

Ahmad Aslam, the husband of controversial influencer Marissa Dania Hakim, has confirmed that the couple is currently living separately. This separation comes as they await a court decision regarding their marital status. Aslam briefly confirmed the situation to the media outside the Kuala Lumpur Syariah Lower Court.

"Yes, that's correct. I don't know what will happen now. We are waiting for the court's decision," Aslam stated when asked about their living arrangements. He and Marissa, who is 21, appeared separately at the court for proceedings concerning a divorce confirmation and reconciliation application filed on March 10.

Marissa, 21, who was present in a pinkish-brown outfit, declined to comment further and appeared visibly emotional. Their syarie lawyer, Muhammad Ammar Yaser Ahmad Nazri, who represents Aslam, was also present. According to previous reports, Aslam filed the application to confirm a divorce pronouncement and reconciliation.

Aslam allegedly pronounced divorce against Marissa twice. The first instance occurred in September 2024, followed by a reconciliation in the same month. The second alleged divorce pronouncement reportedly took place in April of the previous year, with the couple reconciling again two months later. The court proceedings are ongoing, and further decisions are pending.
