The event, held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, commenced 1 hour and 15 minutes later than scheduled, causing significant inconvenience to the ARMY fandom.

The agency acknowledged that despite extensive preparations to ensure a memorable experience, operational shortcomings led to the delay. Specific issues cited include confusion with on-site guidance, bottlenecks in the queue for fan gifts, and delays in merchandise collection, all of which compounded to postpone the show's start.
