The former member of the girl group Girl's Day addressed the comments, which focused on her body shape, including her stomach, after videos and photos from her "2026 Hyeri Asia Tour Fan Meeting in Seoul" circulated online.

Hyeri initially addressed her fans on a communication platform, stating, "All of us are beautiful just as we are. But I don't understand why one has to be thin to be considered professional." She added, "However, if my fans (Hyelumi) want me to, I will try my best. I will exercise and be healthy."
