Imminent departure: Damián Pizarro excluded from Racing's preseason

Argentine club Racing de Avellaneda is preparing for a significant squad overhaul as Chilean forward Damián Pizarro's exit becomes increasingly likely. The player has been excluded from the team's preseason training, signaling a definitive decision by new coach Juan Pablo Vojvoda to move on without him.

Pizarro, who joined Racing on loan from Italian club Udinese with his contract set to expire at the end of the year, failed to establish himself as a key player. He has seen limited action, participating in only six matches since his arrival, with just two starts.
