Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan firmly stated that party founder Imran Khan would not have spent three years in jail if he had been willing to make a deal with the government. Khan's remarks dismissed ongoing speculation about any potential political agreement.

Speaking outside the Supreme Court, Khan emphasized that Imran Khan is not one to compromise. "Khan sahib does not make deals," Gohar asserted, adding that the former prime minister's hospitalization is solely for medical purposes. "He will not stay in the hospital a minute more than is necessary for his tests and treatment. If he had to make a deal, he would not have spent three years in jail."

Gohar Ali Khan and PTI leader Sardar Latif Khosa were present at the Supreme Court to meet with the registrar. Their visit was in connection with a contempt petition filed by the party. The petition alleges the government violated an August 18 court order concerning Imran Khan's transfer to Shifa International Hospital.
