Indian expat dies after falling from Hawally residential building

A resident of Kuwait, identified as an Indian expatriate, has died after falling from a residential building in the Hawally area. The Public Prosecution has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death, ordering the Criminal Investigation Department to examine the incident for any signs of criminal suspicion.

Security forces responded after receiving a report of a person falling from the building. Upon arrival, they were informed by the building's security guard that the deceased was a resident of a shared apartment. The guard reported hearing a loud thud and discovering the expatriate lying on the ground, already deceased.

The guard said he heard a loud thud and, upon going outside to investigate, found the expatriate lying on the ground and already dead.

When questioned about other occupants in the apartment at the time of the fall, the guard stated he had no knowledge. A case has been registered, and investigators are continuing their inquiries to establish the exact circumstances of the fall. The goal is to determine whether the death was accidental or if foul play was involved. The findings will be submitted to the competent authorities as the investigation progresses.
