Indio Solari's Family Confirms Public Wake for Sunday

The family of iconic Argentine musician Indio Solari, former leader of Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, has confirmed that a public wake will take place on Sunday, June 7. While the exact location and time are yet to be finalized, the family stated in a social media announcement that they are providing ample notice to allow people traveling from distant locations to attend.

This confirmation follows a period of speculation and various proposals for the farewell event. Initially, there were discussions about the wake being held on Saturday. The national government had also explored the possibility of offering Tecnópolis, a large exhibition and convention center, as a venue. However, as the day progressed, this option appeared less likely.
