Indonesia’s Anti-Corruption Agency Seizes Luxury Home Linked to Bengkulu Legislator

Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission has seized a luxury home in South Jakarta belonging to Vinna Ledy Anggraheni, a member of the Bengkulu City Regional House of Representatives.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said investigators seized the property on Aug. 31 in connection with an alleged bribery case involving goods and services procurement in Rejang Lebong Regency and other parts of Bengkulu province.

The seizure goes beyond the property itself. Prasetyo said investigators would examine how the asset was acquired and how it connects to the criminal case under investigation. They will also trace other assets and any suspected flows of funds linked to the alleged offenses.

The seized asset is one luxury home belonging to VLA, a member of the Bengkulu City Regional House of Representatives. The home is located in South Jakarta.

“The investigators will further examine the nexus, or relationship, between the alleged transfer of the asset from a private party to VLA and the series of criminal events currently being investigated,” Prasetyo said. He added that the investigation would continue professionally and under applicable law, with every finding followed up to clarify the case.

The investigation developed from a KPK sting operation into alleged project bribery within the Rejang Lebong government. The agency named five suspects on March 11, 2026, including Rejang Lebong Regent Muhammad Fikri Thobari.
