Indonesia's PANRB Ministry Opens 76 National Internship Positions

The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) in Indonesia is offering 76 internship positions for university graduates, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and the demands of the professional world. This initiative is part of the second batch of the 2026 national internship program.

The ministry has outlined 76 diverse roles, including job analysis, archiving, legal services, data analysis, and financial management, providing a broad spectrum of experience for aspiring professionals. Reni Suzana, the Ministry's Secretary, emphasized that the program serves as a crucial stepping stone for graduates to gain hands-on experience within the civil service.

Beyond practical exposure, interns will receive a living allowance equivalent to the Jakarta Provincial Minimum Wage, comprehensive social security benefits, and direct mentorship. Successful participants will also earn internship completion certificates and professional competency credentials from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).

The registration period is open from July 16 to July 28, 2026, with the selection process concluding by August 7. The six-month program is scheduled to begin on August 10, 2026. Reni expressed optimism that the interns' fresh perspectives and creativity will significantly contribute to the ministry's ongoing bureaucratic transformation efforts.
