Indonesian Military Commander: Kodam Jaya to Assist Police in Securing August 27th Protest

Indonesia's military, through Kodam Jaya, will provide support to the national police in securing upcoming demonstrations scheduled for August 27th in Jakarta. The announcement came from Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Djamari, outlining a significant joint security operation.

A total of 18,504 personnel, comprising both police and military units, will be deployed across the capital to ensure public order and safety during the protests.
