Budi recounted instances where his mother's GERD led to severe symptoms, including chest pain and fainting spells, necessitating frequent visits to the emergency room. Despite these critical situations, Budi found reassurance in the JKN program's accessibility and efficiency. "As long as I accompanied my mother, we did not experience any issues or obstacles. The service was always provided well, so we were very satisfied with using JKN," he stated.

The satisfaction extends beyond financial relief. Budi praised the standardized quality of BPJS Kesehatan services, which remained excellent regardless of the location. His mother received care not only in Banggai Regency but was also referred to hospitals in Palu City and Makassar City, where the medical services, procedures, and equipment were consistently good.
