This ambitious plan involves establishing a new commercial entity valued at $20 billion, with 20 percent of its ownership to be sold to private investors for approximately $4.2 billion.

Implementing this project requires the backing of most FIFA member states and approval from the FIFA Council. However, a substantial number of individuals within FIFA are reportedly opposing Infantino's plan. Molina specifically criticized the project, asserting that Infantino's tenure is nearing its end.
