"Inspiration Capital" Completes Bond Program, Raising 1.2 Million Euros for Vilnius Housing Project

Real estate developer "Inpro A," operating under the name "Inspiration Capital," has successfully concluded its bond program, raising 1.2 million euros through its latest issuance on the "BeMyBond" platform. This successful funding round marks the completion of a larger 2.2 million euro bond program.

The funds raised are earmarked for the construction of a residential housing project located at Duburio Street 4 in the Naujasis Antakalnis district of Vilnius. This development is a key focus for "Inspiration Capital" as it seeks to expand its housing offerings in the Lithuanian capital.

Investor interest in the program was notably high. In late February, the first tranche of the bond program, valued at 1 million euros, was fully subscribed. The second and final part of the issuance, totaling 1.2 million euros, was also met with strong demand, selling out in less than a single business day, underscoring investor confidence in the project and the company's strategy.
