Iranian State Media Airs Video Alleging Surveillance of Barron Trump, Claims $10 Million Bounty

Iranian state media has broadcast a video that allegedly tracks Barron Trump, the youngest son of former U.S. President Donald Trump. The program, aired on Iran's state television Channel 3, claims to show the location of his university, his security escort vehicles, and Secret Service positions, asserting that his movements are "fully tracked."

Furthermore, the video reportedly claims a $10 million bounty has been placed on Barron Trump. The broadcast also suggests a "girl" found a way to bypass Secret Service protection, met with him privately, and provided information to the program's creators. It alleges Barron Trump communicates privately via voice and Xbox messages, away from his security detail. These claims could not be independently verified by Euronews.

This broadcast follows a pattern of similar reports from Iranian media. In July, the IRGC-linked Tasnim news agency released a video titled "Where and how is Melania Trump available?" detailing her movements in New York and alleged security vulnerabilities. Iranian state media has also broadcast direct threats against Donald Trump himself, including a billboard depicting him seemingly dead and earlier videos mapping his motorcade routes.

The U.S. Secret Service has confirmed it is reviewing the video. Tensions between Iran and the U.S. remain high, particularly following the 2020 U.S. drone strike that killed IRGC commander Qassem Soleimani, for which Iran has repeatedly vowed retaliation. Trump himself has warned of severe U.S. responses to any assassination attempts against him.
