Mexican cyclist Isaac del Toro is set to compete in his first Tour de France, a significant milestone in his burgeoning career. The 22-year-old, who has impressed internationally, will join the UAE Team Emirates-XRG squad for the prestigious race.

"The Mexican is ready to debut in the Tour de France and arrives at the race after having easily won the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes," the team stated on its website. "The 22-year-old cyclist also won the general classification in both the UAE Tour and Tirreno-Adriatico. With this track record, not to mention his second place in the 2025 Giro d'Italia, Del Toro can begin his first Tour with the confidence of being up to the task."
