İSKİ warns of hours-long water cut in six Kadıköy neighborhoods

Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (İSKİ) has issued a warning regarding a significant water outage affecting several neighborhoods in the Kadıköy district. The interruption is scheduled to last for 12 hours on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

The water supply will be cut off between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. This measure is necessary to carry out revision and improvement works on the main water transmission line serving the area.

Six specific neighborhoods within Kadıköy will be impacted by this planned outage. These include Dumlupınar, Eğitim, Fikirtepe, Hasanpaşa, Acıbadem, and Merdivenköy. Residents in these areas are advised to prepare for the temporary lack of water supply.

İSKİ has announced the schedule in advance to allow residents to make necessary arrangements. The maintenance work aims to ensure the continued efficiency and reliability of the water infrastructure in the district.
