They are simultaneously healers and guardians of our sacred maritime borders. Recognizing their immense contribution, the Ministry of Health is committed to ensuring they are not disadvantaged in their career progression. Plans are underway to propose comprehensive legal frameworks and special preferential policies to the government, guaranteeing that those who serve on the islands receive equitable treatment and support, with the mainland serving as their steadfast and just rear base.
