Israel barred from hosting Eurovision if conflict persists

Israel will be automatically barred from hosting the Eurovision Song Contest should they win, if the country is embroiled in an "armed conflict" or a "delicate geopolitical situation." The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) announced the rule update on Wednesday.
