Israeli seriously wounded in West Bank stabbing attack; IDF kills attacker after hour-long manhunt

The attacker fled in a white van after stabbing an Israeli man several times at a farm near Kusra in the West Bank. Israeli forces later found him near his vehicle in the Qabalan area, where the military said he tried to stab soldiers and an IDF commander shot him dead.

The victim, described by rescuers as about 19 years old, remained conscious despite stab wounds to his head, neck and limbs. He received initial treatment at the scene and was taken by military ambulance to the trauma unit at Rabin Medical Center’s Beilinson campus in Petah Tikva.

According to the report, the victim lives in Migdal Ha’emek and was attacked while inside a Range Rover. The attacker had arrived at the farm by car and asked whether the victim was armed before launching the assault.
