Istanbul Court Issues Public Notice for Divorce Case Involving Bulgarian National

The Istanbul Anadolu 21st Family Court has issued a public announcement concerning a divorce case, identified by case number 2018/711. The proceedings involve the defendant, Savina Zaharieva Marinova, who is a Bulgarian national residing in Ruse, Bulgaria.

According to the court's notice, attempts to serve Marinova with the lawsuit at her listed address have been unsuccessful. Subsequent efforts to locate her through address inquiries have also failed to yield any results. Consequently, the court has decided to notify her of the pre-trial hearing date through public announcement.
