“It is my priority”: She conquered Hollywood without losing herself, lived intense romances and has been married for more than 30 years

She later began an intense relationship with actor and producer Fisher Stevens, whom she first met while making a film in 1989. The relationship ended abruptly because of his infidelities. Pfeiffer eventually built the life she wanted with David E. Kelley, adopted a daughter and formed a family.
