Data from Just Join IT reveals that specialists in architecture, Go programming, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) are among the highest earners. While average gross salaries for these roles in 2026 range from approximately 19,000 to 27,400 PLN, the upper limits of individual offers paint a different picture.

Despite predictions that AI might replace IT specialists, the demand for human expertise in the field remains strong, evidenced by rising salaries. The high compensation is attributed to several factors. For architects and DevOps specialists, it stems from the strategic decisions they make, impacting long-term company development and immediate costs, respectively. Their roles typically require senior-level experience, naturally boosting average salaries.
