Jahamina Central Fair and artistic show invited to Villa Elisa's Coastal Promenade

Villa Elisa is buzzing with activity as it hosts the Jahamina Central Fair and an accompanying artistic show along the recently inaugurated Virgen del Carmen Coastal Promenade. The event, taking place today until 4:00 PM, brings together a diverse array of artisans, producers, and vendors.

Visitors to the fair can explore a wide variety of products, from essential household items and fresh vegetables to various cuts of meat. The initiative aims to revitalize local family economies by providing a platform for small businesses and producers to reach customers. The fair is set up along the scenic Paseo Costero Virgen del Carmen, offering attendees a pleasant environment with views of the Paraguay River.

The inauguration of the Paseo Costero Virgen del Carmen on July 3rd marked a significant development for Villa Elisa. This coastal project involved extensive civil and environmental engineering work, covering approximately 17,000 square meters. The improvements include new pavement, landscaping, public furniture, a synthetic sports field, and a children's play area, all designed for public use.

The project was financed by the Central Governorate with an investment of G. 6,953,570,600, carried out by Spazio Construcciones S.R.L. The fair and artistic show are part of the efforts to promote the newly developed promenade and encourage community engagement.
