Jamkrindo Launches Mobile Unit for Free Children's Mental Health Services

PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) has introduced "Mobil Pelita" (Mobile Pelita), a new initiative aimed at broadening access to mental health education and services for children across Indonesia. The launch is a key part of Jamkrindo's celebration of its 56th anniversary.

The "Mobil Pelita" program is an expansion of Jamkrindo's existing efforts in mental health education, bullying prevention, and the prevention of sexual violence. The mobile unit will travel to various schools, providing crucial resources such as professional psychological counseling, literacy education, and developmental support for children, all free of charge.

Jamkrindo's President Director, Abdul Bari, emphasized the importance of integrating economic development with human resource quality from an early age. The initiative is designed to help children consult with psychologists, build self-confidence, and navigate challenges in their school and family environments.

Beyond the "Mobil Pelita" launch, Jamkrindo's anniversary activities include other social programs like "Program PustakA Lestari" (Sustainable Library Program), "Pelosok Mengajar" (Teaching Remote Areas), and support for reading corners. The company also organized a fun walk for employees and their families, symbolizing the importance of collective effort in achieving the company's goals and its commitment to making a greater impact on Indonesian society and economy.
