Alexander Jeremejeff has bid farewell to PAOK, concluding his eight-month tenure with the Greek club to pursue a career in Indonesia with Persija Jakarta. The 32-year-old forward made 23 appearances for PAOK, scoring 10 goals and assisting three others.
