Jhon Durán's Next Club Revealed Amid Transfer Speculation

Colombian forward Jhon Durán, whose name was linked with Galatasaray during the summer transfer window, is finalizing his move to Benfica. Durán, currently under contract with Al Nassr, is preparing to continue his career in Portugal.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Benfica has reached an agreement with Al Nassr for Durán's loan transfer. The deal includes an optional purchase clause, meaning Benfica can decide to buy him permanently after the loan spell. The 22-year-old striker has reportedly accepted Benfica's offer, turning down proposals from two other clubs competing in the Champions League.

Both Benfica and Al Nassr will reportedly share the salary of the Colombian player. Durán is expected to undergo medical examinations over the weekend, after which the transfer will be made official. This move comes after Galatasaray's coach, Okan Buruk, had previously stated that there had been no communication with Durán. Durán had previously moved to Zenit during the winter transfer window.
