Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi abruptly ended his latest concert at New York's Madison Square Garden, cutting short his performance after just 90 minutes. The 64-year-old singer was midway through his Forever concert tour when he made the sudden exit on Thursday evening.

Before leaving the stage, Bon Jovi addressed the audience, asking them not to discard their tickets and assuring them that he intended to reschedule the show. "I'm going to figure out how I can postpone. I've got to take it easy tonight," he told the crowd, adding that he felt fine and would see them again soon.

A spokesperson for Bon Jovi later confirmed to People that the singer had been battling sinusitis, which led to the decision to end the concert early. This health issue comes after Bon Jovi underwent surgery in 2022 to repair a damaged vocal cord following his previous tour, an operation that left him uncertain about his future ability to perform live.

During the truncated concert, Bon Jovi was joined on stage by Pat Monahan, the frontman of the band Train, for a rendition of their 1986 hit song 'Livin' On a Prayer'. The early end to the show left fans disappointed but understanding, given the singer's explanation of his health condition.
